Shipping, Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Shipping
Need an item expedited? Please contact us at contactus@milkandcookiesbakingbox.com, and we’d love to help with your request. You will receive an email when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise will arrive safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. If any damage is found, please email pictures to the above email within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will help you file a claim.

Subscription boxes are not returnable.
Cancelling Your Milk and Cookies Baking Box Subscription
We’re sad to see you go! To cancel your subscription, please visit milkandcookiesbakingbox.com and fill out the cancellation form. You can also update your payment method, and billing/shipping address through this link. Cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date, or you will be charged for the following month. If a payment fails due to an invalid payment method, we may attempt to reprocess the payment or suspend your subscription until a valid payment method is provided.
Refunds for Subscriptions
Subscriptions are non-returnable or refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at milkandcookiesbakingbox.com. Cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date to avoid charges for the next month. If a payment fails due to an invalid or detached payment method (e.g., due to technical errors), you must update your payment method promptly. We may attempt to reprocess the payment before suspending your subscription.
Payment Disputes
If you experience issues with payments, such as failed charges or detached payment methods, please contact contactus@milkandcoookiesbakingbox within 30 days. You agree to allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue (e.g., reattaching payment methods or processing refunds) before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Refunds for failed transactions due to technical errors will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, subject to Stripe’s terms.
